1. Order Placement: Orders must be placed before 12:30 PM Eastern Time (ET) on the day of the desired delivery. Orders placed after this time will not be eligible for the same-day delivery guarantee.
2. Payment Policy: Our policy is 'No Deposit, No Work'. Work on the flyer will commence only after receipt of the full payment of $25.
3. Delivery Guarantee: We guarantee same-day delivery of the flyer. If we fail to deliver the flyer on the same day, the cost of the flyer will be refunded in full to the client.
4. Revision Policy: The client is entitled to a maximum of 2 revisions of the flyer. Any additional revisions beyond this limit will incur extra charges.
5. Refund Policy: Refunds are only applicable if we fail to deliver the flyer on the same day. No refunds will be issued for orders cancelled by the client after the work has commenced.
6. Liability: Party Designers is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our flyer design services.
7. Copyright: Party Designers retains the copyright to all designs and digital files. The client is granted a license to use the designs for their intended purpose only.
8. Acceptance of Terms: By placing an order, the client agrees to accept these terms and conditions.
9. Design Ownership: Upon full payment, the client will have the exclusive rights to the final design for the intended use. Party Designers retains the right to use the final design, or any versions of the design created in the process, within printed and online portfolios, including promotional materials such as newsletters and advertisements.
10. Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the design of the flyer. Any delays in providing this information may delay the delivery of the project.
11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jump Tech Group, LLC. operates. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that area.
